By integrating the quantum key resources into various mobile communication devices through quantum security media products (such as "Quantum Secure U Shield" and "Quantum Secure TF Card"), and dynamically managing the mobile keys, the quantum secure service mobile engine (QSS-ME) can provide users with the functions and services, such as any multi-point key agreement, access authentication, access control, secure storage, etc.

Based on the quantum key distribution network, QSS-ME can provide users with local and roaming access functions so that users can get access to the quantum secret communication network nearby wherever possible, such as at home, in office or during traveling, to update security protection capabilities.
