Eight channel TOSA array

This product is based on optoelectronic integration. It contains 8-channels of distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser chip with an array style, while each channel achieves an independent RF signal modulation with a bandwidth up to 10GHz. This product is equipped with TEC, backlight detection, and optical isolator, and the RF interface adopts a microstrip line with an impedance of 50 Ω.

This product has advantages such as small size, multi-channels, and low crosstalk. It can be used in many realms such as quantum computing, ultra-high speed encoding, fiber based RF signal transmission, high-speed optical communication, quantum key distribution, optical fiber sensing, etc.
